"The first post is always the worst post when you don't have a second one. Blowin' it." -Brendan.

On the way to Tecate.

My old man, in the Tecate, Mexico town square.

My sister with my niece in Santa Barbara. This was the first time I met them.

Meeting Jimmy and Dave for my ride home.

I have far too many of these type of pictures.

Quote of the trip, upon seeing the "Welcome to Arizona" sign, Jimmy says, "California was a blur to me."

Jimmy and his brother in Arizona.

Anthony is truly an odd ball. For example, he skates goofy, but drops in regular, I still have no explanation for that.

Weird gear.

In Arizona we rose at least 2,000 feet in altitude in what seemed like a blink of an eye.

Back to desert, this might have been New Mexico by now, I don't know.

This however, definitely New Mexico.

Jimmy focused a wagon in pure rage.

Our map, oddly made on a weather map.

Sonic!

A delicacy in my eyes, tall boy Tecate and Sonic tater tots.

The strange tattoos of the strange David Lovi.

We saw the empty pool on our way into the motel, and it just so happened the front desk closed right after we checked in at the very budget motel in what should have been called Methtown, New Mexico. Anyway, in the freezing cold, it was on.

Dave explored the frozen deep to no avail.

Lookout Max! This photo is proof I'm comin' up in the photo game, I've clearly mastered the lighting.

A little nugget leaving Meth-town.

"Are we in the Bible belt yet?"

This is either Texas or Oklahoma, but I can't post this without saying I saw the Cadillac Ranch go right past my eyes. Who's trying to go, well, as a stop on another trip.

A full on cowboy store in Oklahoma.

Frustrated with certain aspects of the trip, Jimmy and I skated this Oklahoma ditch next to a Walmart at 4 in the morning in the freezing cold.

Tried learning back noseblunts, here's a real cheeser.

Skating back to Dave's step-sister's house at who knows what time.

At this point in the trip I no longer cared about taking photos, so I forget what state this was. But this would make the Bearman proud.

St. Louis.

I don't know if this is crazily coincidental but we stopped at this same Ohio rest stop the first time we went to Kettering. I have a picture of Joe Nicolello and Brendan on that horse somewhere.

Here's a weird guy we met, check the name:

This is the last picture I have from the trip. One the PA tunnels. I really dropped the ball on photos towards the end.
Then again, I've dropped the ball on this whole thing. Nothing changes.
