Brendan's been heckling me about this wasted space of retardation so here's a bunch of five-month old photos from a drive across the country, battling everything from high winds to psychotic rages.

In Arizona we rose at least 2,000 feet in altitude in what seemed like a blink of an eye.

We saw the empty pool on our way into the motel, and it just so happened the front desk closed right after we checked in at the very budget motel in what should have been called Methtown, New Mexico. Anyway, in the freezing cold, it was on.

Dave explored the frozen deep to no avail.

This is either Texas or Oklahoma, but I can't post this without saying I saw the Cadillac Ranch go right past my eyes. Who's trying to go, well, as a stop on another trip.

Frustrated with certain aspects of the trip, Jimmy and I skated this Oklahoma ditch next to a Walmart at 4 in the morning in the freezing cold.

Skating back to Dave's step-sister's house at who knows what time.

At this point in the trip I no longer cared about taking photos, so I forget what state this was. But this would make the Bearman proud.

I don't know if this is crazily coincidental but we stopped at this same Ohio rest stop the first time we went to Kettering. I have a picture of Joe Nicolello and Brendan on that horse somewhere.
